Fees
McGregor’s Monthly Fee as of January 2021
Infant & Toddler Program
3-5 Year Old Program
McGregor Child Care receives support through the Provence of British Columbia 'Fee Reduction Initiative'. This has allowed McGregor to offer services at a reduced rate to families. The reduced monthly fees is reflected in the above fees.
The McGregor Child Care Centre is a non-profit Society. The parent fees, subsidies and grants from Government and other sources, cover all expenses. Our fee is calculated on an annual basis and is averaged out over a 12-month period to give the monthly fee.
A 35-day notice will be given of any fee increase.
Monthly fees are to be paid in full regardless of the number of days attended in the month.
The fee or subsidy is due on the first day of the month. Only annual receipts will be issued, not monthly or at time of enrollment.
A charge of $20.00 will be levied for any dishonoured cheque returned to us by our bank.
Unfortunately, we may be required to withhold our services if the fee or subsidy payment is outstanding. It is important to contact the Manager immediately if you are not able to meet your required payment.
It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that any authorization for subsidy is current.
When you want to withdraw your child from the program, it is necessary to give two months notice. Your written notice will still need to be received before the first day of the month, two months before your child's last day.
